The commissioning process

After receiving your query, I will contact you via the e-mail address that you left on the form - please make sure it is correct! I will then ask you to provide me with the references you have prepared for the commission, then send you a sketch for approval. Once this sketch is approved, I will send you an invoice via PayPal that must be paid before I proceed on the commission; the stained glass type commissions also include a check-in after the lines are completed and before the colors are applied.

Once your commission is finished, I will send you the result via mail both as a .PNG for digital use and as a .JPG (A4 size) in case you wish to print it out (please specify at the beginning if you desire a different size and format.)

After reception of the final product you are allowed one free revision.

Your commission may be used as a sample in my portfolio and posted on my social media; please let me know if this isn’t something you’re comfortable with.

Commissioned pieces are for personal use only; extra charges may apply in case of commercial use.

Let me know from the start if you need your commission done in a specific timeframe.

Visual references are mandatory! Character sheets, Picrew and Heroforge portraits, commissions previously executed by other artists are acceptable. Feel free to send me a doodle of the composition you have in mind for more complex pieces!
